In May of 2023, the Board of Trustees and System Operations decided the Improvement District would take a new approach to the communication and implementation of annual water restrictions. Two large sign boards are to be installed at each of the mailbox locations. These sign boards describe 4 stages of water restrictions to be applied to the use of water from the Brew Bay Improvement District water system. The chart shown below shows the current stage and describes the restrictions that apply to each of the four stages.
With the welcome arrival of the rainy fall season we are now able to move back into 'Stage 1 (Blue)'
