The Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) Drinking Water Officer (currently Jack Davidson) annually inspects the BBID water system premises and produces a report based on the results of the inspection. If all is well, the VCH DWO issues a Permit to Operate outlining the conditions of the Permit.
In addition BBID submits a Drinking Water System Annual Report to VCH.
